I chose to redesign the Contacts application after identifying common usability challenges faced by everyday users. Through user research surveys, persona development, A/B testing, and pain point analysis, I uncovered key areas for improvement. Focusing on the profile editing interface, I used Figma to create a more intuitive, modern, and streamlined user experience. This project allowed me to apply human-centered design principles while refining my skills in user research, wireframing, and interactive prototyping.
